WEALTHCORE IMPACT SERIES

The WEALTHCORE Green Impact Fund is an open-ended German special AIF under the German Investment Code that invests exclusively in certified sustainable residential real estate in the eight metropolitan regions of Germany and the Austrian capital Vienna.
Every investment must undergo strict due diligence processes that include ESG criteria that go beyond the EU taxonomy.
In addition to creating living space, the aim of the fund is to accelerate the paradigm shift towards sustainable, affordable residential properties with low to zeroCO2 emissions .
The fund strategy aims to transform cities into healthy urban living spaces. In doing so, we are supporting SDG 11 - Sustainable Development Goal 11 of the United Nations.

The WEALTHCORE Sustainable Impact Fund is the successor product to our Article 9 fund Wealthcore Green Impact Fund and is also an open-ended German special AIF under the German Investment Code. In addition to the strict environmental criteria that all funds in our Impact Fund series adhere to, the Wealthcore Sustainable Impact Fund places an additional emphasis on creating measurable social impact.
The Wealthcore Sustainable Impact Fund is exclusively engaged in subsidized housing and will generate significant social and environmental impact through its social strategy (measurable impact report). This is reflected in the development of energy-efficient housing projects in wood-hybrid construction that meet the criteria of Article 9(2) of the Disclosure Regulation.
Our impact concept is based on the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and contributes to the seven SDGs formulated. We have transparently anchored the measurable impact in our social strategy.
