Since 2018, WEALTHCORE has been investing in properties in good to very good urban locations in economically strong and demographically stable locations in Germany, Austria and Poland with closed-end and open-end real estate funds.
Our focus is on the realization of sustainable new buildings and the revitalization of existing properties. Both are implemented according to our own ESG criteria catalog, which goes far beyond the requirements of the EU taxonomy.
Together with our investors, our goal is to contribute toCO2 reduction through modern, sustainable real estate. With our investments, we achieve a positive impact, both for our investors and for society. Among other things, we support cities and municipalities in the creation of living space and cushion supply deficits in the current tense housing situation.
Unlike non-profit companies, we invest under market economy conditions. Part of our philosophy is that we think about, combine and implement ecological, economic and social aspects despite challenging framework conditions.

WEALTHCORE has extensive expertise in the residential, office, retail and hotel asset classes. Our current focus is on sustainable residential real estate with a focus on Germany and Austria as well as the management and repositioning of hotel properties.
WEALTHCORE's market entry began with the structuring and subsequent long-term management of large individual mandates for international investors. Today, we offer this service to investors with special, individual strategy requirements.
Within the framework of trusting cooperations, we jointly develop coordinated measures for strategy implementation and goal achievement. Together, we cover everything from impact assessments and specific risk-return profiles to a concrete country or regional focus.
For investors who prefer a small circle of participants, we have been realizing club deals in Germany and Austria for years. This is where our long-standing off-market access comes into play. The focus here is on impact-oriented residential real estate, office, retail and hotel investments.
