WEALTHCORE AUSTRIA LIVING FUND
The WEALTHCORE Austria Living Istructured as a Luxembourg SCS SICAV RAIF, invests in sustainable residential real estate in Austria, taking into account sustainability aspects in accordance with Article 8 of the Disclosure Regulation.
The risk-mixed and diversified portfolio is invested in Vienna and Graz and is in the portfolio phase of the buy-to-hold strategy. In addition to ecological features, the fund takes social criteria into account and is committed to socially responsible letting, which is defined by its own Social Charter.
