We also demonstrate our commitment to a sustainable economic and environmental future through our collaboration in industry associations and active memberships. We work specifically in various organisations that are in line with our understanding of ESG.

With our memberships in DGNB - German Sustainable Building Council and ÖGNI - Austrian Society for Sustainable Real Estate, we actively participate in the transformation process of the construction and real estate market. Not only do we want to maintain the highest standards in our own developments, we also want to motivate our industry colleagues to work together with other companies with a similar ESG approach to achieve greater effects.

Together with ECORE, the industry initiative "ESG Circle of Real Estate", we are developing industry standards to measure and compare the sustainability performance of real estate and portfolios.

Furthermore, we have signed the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) and are a member of INREV - European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles.

In this, we commit ourselves to observing the aspects of responsible investing already anchored in our mission statement, as well as to promoting and improving market transparency, accessibility and professionalism.
