With our memberships in DGNB - German Sustainable Building Council and ÖGNI - Austrian Society for Sustainable Real Estate, we actively participate in the transformation process of the construction and real estate market. Not only do we want to maintain the highest standards in our own developments, we also want to motivate our industry colleagues to work together with other companies with a similar ESG approach to achieve greater effects.

As an active member of GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), we are committed to the highest standards in the areas of environmental, social and governance (ESG). GRESB is the leading international benchmark for sustainability in real estate and infrastructure investments. Our membership strengthens our commitment to transparency, responsibility and sustainable development in the real estate industry.

We have also signed the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) and are a member of INREV - European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles.
