(Munich, 13 December 2021) With the new Article 9 residential real estate fund, investment manager Wealthcore is setting a new benchmark in Germany. For the first time, a residential real estate fund meets the high sustainability requirements of Article 9 of the Disclosure Regulation. The fund concept, which makes a significant contribution to climate protection, has been approved for distribution by BaFin.

"We are very proud to be industry pioneers with our new Green Impact product," explains Ralph Andermann, Managing Director of Wealthcore Investment Management, Munich, on the occasion of the fund launch. "Our investments have always aimed at responsible, sustainable value creation. With the new fund, we want to go a little further and focus on climate-friendly, affordable housing."

The goal is to build a diversified residential real estate portfolio with the highest ecological standards. The focus is on climate-friendly energy supplies and digitalisation. Wealthcore is thus following the clear sustainability strategy of the Viennese parent company United Benefits Holding. "With our new fund product, we are clearly demonstrating that our investment manager, which is at the front of the value chain with the
initiation of fund products, is also pursuing this ESG policy," explains Michael Klement, CEO of United Benefits Holding.

The investment offers institutional investors the opportunity to participate in the growing demand for housing in the southern German real estate market while at the same time contributing to climate protection. The fund targets 2 long-term value stability as well as extensive certifications at fund, asset manager and assete level.
