Successful ESG transformation: BREEAM certification for Hilton Vienna Park

Munich/Vienna, November 21, 2024: The Hilton Vienna Park, one of the largest conference hotels in Europe, wants to position itself as a pioneer in sustainable hotel management. The hotel with its more than 660 rooms wants to offer its guests a comfortable stay that is demonstrably environmentally and socially responsible. The Munich-based investment manager Wealthcore and the global hotel operator Hilton have joined forces for this comprehensive ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) transformation. For its commitment, the hotel has now received BREEAM certification, a rigorous and thorough environmental assessment for real estate and operational management.

Article-8 fund "Wealthcore Austrian Living I" placed

Munich/Vienna, April 8, 2024 - Munich-based investment manager Wealthcore is acquiring a sustainable 3,600 square meter residential project in Vienna's Simmering district from project developer Invester United Benefits. The acquisition marks the final placement of Wealthcore's light green Article 8 fund "Wealthcore Austria Living I" (WALI).
